Cancellation Policy
At least a 36hrs notice is required for any cancellations. Either way, Your deposit is non-refundable or transferable. Canceling 24hrs/ 30 minutes to an hour prior to your appointment will automatically charge 50% of the service. No shows will result in 50% cancellation fee. Absolutely NO refunds! 5min late = $5 late fee & 10min late = Automatic cancellation, automatic full price charge.
